Student Workstation D-Exchange utilizing blockchain
Yonsei University's workstation team ‘D-Exchange’ researches examples of blockchain actual use such as data verification and point management, creates MVPs, and establishes areas and strategies that will produce results in a short period of time. It is expected that SDG 9.5 Enhance scientific research, upgrade the technological capabilities of industrial sectors in all countries, in particular developing countries, including, by 2030, encouraging innovation and substantially increasing the number of research and development workers per 1 million people and public and private research and development spending will be achieved by finding practical use examples that can fuse data from meals to blockchain and specifying blockchain application strategies in meal-related apps, resulting in social innovation results including selection of preliminary start-up packages.
LearnUs: AI for Innovation Policy
A course ‘AI for Innovation Policy’ was offered in LearnUs platform and was instructed by Keeheon Lee, the professor of UIC HASSD. This lecture explains innovation and innovation policies and introduces ways to use artificial intelligence for science and technology innovation policies. In particular, the goal here is to understand the example in which artificial intelligence is used to determine the location and movement of science and technology based on the reference-based space developed by the professor. This contributes9to the achievement of SDG 9.4 By 2030, upgrade infrastructure and retrofit industries to make them sustainable, with increased resource-use efficiency and greater adoption of clean and environmentally sound technologies and industrial processes, with all countries taking action in accordance with their respective capabilities, and students can learn to build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization, and promote innovation.
Student Workstation project MaPPing leads data visualization
Yonsei University's workstation team project MaPPing will lead data collection and exploration of infrastructure projects as part of sustainable development to develop modules that automate private partisan in infrastructure (PPI) data crawls by providing successful cases of infrastructure projects. They aim to visualize future collected data on maps and contribute greatly to raising interest in PPI projects for win-win development with developing countries by achieving SDG 9.1 Develop quality, reliable, sustainable and resilient infrastructure, including regional and trans-border infrastructure, to support economic development and human well-being, with a focus on affordable and equitable access for all.
