Conducting a program to provide online job and start-up information for local youth
Yonsei University’s Mirae Campus Job Center conducts various job and start-up information provision programs to help local young people overcome the current COVID-19 situation and the upcoming post-Corona era in the job market, which has been stagnated through using an online platform.Since April 2019, Mirae Campus Job Consultants has become fixed panels on TBN Gangwon Magazine, a radio from TBN Gangwon Traffic Broadcast providing numerous job and start-up news. The consultants also held phone counseling events with listeners who are local young people interested in employment on the first Tuesday of every month. The Job Consultants gave online lectures to local young people on workplace analysis of recruitment and how to fill out job applications by item, focusing on three public institutions, including the National Health Insurance Service, Korea Tourism Organization, and Korea Electric Power Corporation. Lecture videos on employment in the AI, IT industry, and guidance for the disabled are steadily uploaded to the Mirae Campus Human Resources Development Institute YouTube channel to help university students and local young job seekers.
