IGEE at Yonsei University

Established in October 2001, Yonsei Leadership Center (YLC) facilitates the cultivation of leadership and social responsibility of college students who will  actively play a critical role in future society.

 YLC is the first professional educational institution aimed at researching leadership academically and fostering leaders across various fields at the university level. Operating under the slogan "Yonsei is the leader," the Center is leading the research on leadership and the development of related educational programs.

Through these efforts, the Center aims to establish creative, professional, and moral leadership and meet the needs of Korean society by providing diverse forms of leadership education to students, fostering them as contributors to the globalization era.
